VIDEO: A fantastic flying machine has been grounded for good. Recalled by the manufacturer and the CPSC this Kite Tube is reportedly responsible for two deaths and almost 40 brutal injuries. There is even a web site dedicated to helping the killer tube’s victims.

In this video the gentleman flying seems to be an expert - but we never got his name. I shot this 6 miles south of Blythe, California along the Colorado River during the Thanksgiving Day weekend.
