VIDEO: It all started in San Francisco in 1994. I was invited to video tape this one in 1995. The year after that Scott Beale of Laughing Squid flew to Portland and shot a full-on mockumentary of the 1996 event which will be presented by John Law on December 19th in San Francisco at the 1996 Portland Santacon 10th Anniversary Party.
