VIDEO: He works in film and television as a designer and builder of sets and special props. At home he’s as relaxed as any normal person… and he spoke with us in a smooth tone of voice. There is nothing to be afraid of, his name is Alessandro Thompson, an artist who lives in Los Angeles, and he makes wonderful things.

My eye was immediately drawn to the strange concoction at the back of the photo – what is that? seems like a cross between a star wars foot soldier and a happy clapper?
