Willy or not, Frank is and always has been “MR. HOT DOG”! His Biggest desire has always been to create “The Hot Dog Museum or Hall of Fame”. It would be a great tribute to this country love for the Hot Dog. Too bad after all this time, some other “rich” clown is trying to steal it away from him. Unite and help the one and the only “HOT DOG FRANK”.
